You must advise us promptly in the event that you believe the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of merchantable quality. We will not accept claims made after 28 days of the dispatch date.
To make a claim, contact us on +61 427 791 264 or by way of email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Items for return must be in original condition and in original packaging. We do not accept items with any indication of having been used or open.
Should you wish to cancel a transaction, you must contact us on +61 427 791 264 or email email@example.com prior to dispatch of your order. Where you advise us within this time-frame we may cancel the order and refund the amount of your payment less costs incurred by us in processing the order to that point.
