A few FAQs about our cellar door…

    • Wine Tastings are $3.50 for 1 wine, $10 for 4 wines, or $20 for a full flight of 8 wines. Alternatively, you can buy a glass/bottle of wine, cordial (non-alcoholic) or beer.

    • Tastings are not redeemable, but we offer a $5 discount on purchases of 3 bottles, $15 on 6-pack purchases, and a $40 discount for each dozen purchased.

    • Please allow at least 1 hour for your wine tasting experience, especially on Saturdays when we get busy.

    • We have a range of light snacks at the cellar door including a cheese & charcuterie platter, baguette with brie and apple relish, toasties, nuts, olives & parmesan biscuits.

    • - Due to health and safety regulations we ask that you please do not bring your own food to the cellar door.

    • Whilst booking ahead is highly recommended, doing so does not guarantee seating inside if the weather is bad.

    • On days like these we ask that you please be a little patient with us. We will always do our very best to find you a good spot to enjoy your vino.

    • Max group size 20 people per booking.

    • Due to limited staffing we don’t offer formal tastings for groups over 10 people, you are welcome to drink by the glass/bottle though.

    • We have found that groups tend to prefer to purchase a few bottles of our latest release wines and do a self-led tasting of sorts so that they can catch up with one another without interruption and drink the wine varietals they prefer, and at their own pace (rather than rushing through them in an effort to keep up with the group). This is especially the case with groups where some don’t drink reds or don’t drink white wine for example. In terms of pricing this is a better value approach. If you decide to go with this option then we will of course run you through each of the wines as you work your way through them.

    • If your reason for visiting us is more about catching up with friends, then we encourage you to go with the self-led option above or buy by the glass or bottle. This will leave us with more time to spend with those who are really interested in learning about and buying our wines. This is especially applicable on busy weekends.

  • While children are most certainly welcome to visit our cellar door, please keep in mind that our core business is wine, so our priority and focus is on adults over 18 years. That said, we are family-run business and love kids, so feel free to bring them along but please be mindful of the following:

    • Children are to remain outside of the tasting room at all times due to limited space, licensing regulations and to avoid breakages. There is plenty of cover and heating on the verandah in the event of bad weather.

    • As we are located on a working vineyard, children should be supervised at all times during their visit.

    • There is an unfenced dam onsite.

    • Swimming and/or fishing is NOT permitted in the dam.

    • We have a large dog here and often have other furry friends visit, so it’s probably best to find a sitter if you think it might be a bit much for your little one(s) or if they’re scared of big, playful dogs.

    • Due to health and safety regulations only food purchased at the cellar door can be consumed on site. Please feed your kids before coming or select something from our menu.

  • Pets are welcome at the cellar door every day except Saturdays and on public holidays when it gets a little too busy. Please note the following:

    • We have a Golden Retriever dog on-site, with other dogs and children regularly visiting us, so best to leave your furry friend at home if it’s not into other dogs and kids, likes to eat people’s lunch, or is a little on the unfriendly side.

    • Whilst here we kindly request that they be supervised at all times, and remain outside the tasting room, by the side of their owner, and if requested, on a lead for the duration of your visit.

    • There is a dam at the cellar door which dogs love to swim in. Please be prepared for this if you are bringing yours along.

    • Owners are responsible for picking up any poops and covering the costs of any breakages incurred by their dog.

    • Please be mindful that people enjoy having a picnic lunch on our grounds without worrying about being disturbed by dogs. If you’ve got a particularly vocal dog please be mindful of this.

  • The cellar door is not currently available for weddings, functions, venue hire or events of any kind. Please contact us directly for elopements, business functions and small celebrations. Our space is available Monday to Wednesday for exclusive use. A fee will apply to large groups over 20 visiting the cellar door during operating hours to account for additional staffing etc.

  • Our wine tastings start from $3.50 per wine, with our signature wine tasting experience costing $10 per person to cover not only the wine, but associated costs such as staffing, glassware, bathrooms etc.
